CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure the best service for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. However, if you contact us within the required time frame, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment without any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time and that of other clients.
